There are plenty of places to park near Exeter Community Centre on a Sunday:

Top of Haldon Road. Further down is Resident permit holders.
Half of the spaces just up hill from Community Centre, other half are Resident permit holders.
Richmond Road no restrictions on Sundays.
Dinham Road no restrictions on Sundays
